Reed's Snowmachine & Marine Inc. is looking for an outboard motor mechanic / marine technician

    Pay depends on experience and ability.

    Need to be able to diagnose and repair mostly Mercury outboards along with few inboard jets.

    Need computer diagnostic skills.

    Years of experience preferred.

    Training from Mercury University or Marine Mechanics Institute is a plus.

    Must be a self starter.

    Must be personable with customers.

    Must have own tools.

    This is a full time seasonable job.

We are the Mercury Outboards dealer for Interior Alaska.  We are small operation that does a lot of business.  We have an excellent reputation statewide for being knowledgeable, fair and helpful.  The business was started over thirty three years ago.  The store is still run by the original owner.  We are open six days a week.  There is an opportunity to work many extra hours in the summer.
